Right... September seems to be filling up rapidly, so lets aim for the first available October date i.e. 12th October. I'll pop a listing up on t'calendar. Suggest meeting @ the Oakdene between 9 & 10am, with the aim to set off from there by 10.30am for those who fancy a rideout? Should give any arriving from farther afield a chance to make it down there. Any ideas for a ride out? Bearing in mind that we'll have at least one brand new rider and the possibilities of another couple, depending on who comes and whether I sort my life out by then, so I'd suggest not too far and not too fast?! Pretty please... wi'a cherry on t'top?! There are some nice country parks around the area (e.g. Trottiscliffe / Shorne) - or somewhere like Teston Lock - that's a good place to stop and watch the world go by... not that I expect there'll be too many boats about in October Or if the weather's pants, we may prefer an indoor venue of course

Wannabe says: If the weather's pants we may prefer a indoor venue of course. Haha sorry Wannabe i ante got enough cups Teston is good, Yalding & Wateringbury are all with in 10 miles of the Oakdene cafe. Or if you fancy a little slow run Rye is nice at 50 miles none motor way.

Tee hee! (I've been home for a while now) Well, i'm easy geez, am happy to go wherever, as long as i'm riding, anywhere thats decided upon is cool wiv me! Obviously you, WB and others have the local knowledge anyway, the only thing i would reiterate? is choosing a route with possible newbie riders joining us in mind.
