Started moving house, that's a slow process when you only have a bike as a removal vehicle! Actually I'm only moving from one house-share to another so it ain't that bad. Now,just how DO I bungee this rocking chair on?
That's a bonus then Piers
All I've done on mine today is fit a new starter solenoid and some instrument illuminating bulbs
But any progress is better than none
Just want to get it started now and warm the oil to drain it
So I can fit a new filter and fill it with fresh oil
Then it's almost ready for MOT
Not going to go into "technical speak" ~ not sure anyone would believe me anyway...
Suprised myself at how much I HAVEN'T forgotten since November.. almost got the "whooooooohoooooo" factor back for countersteering and smiled at my mistakes instead of getting annoyed with self...
Rode the one and a half mile freakishly twisty proper country holymarymotherofgodimustbefreakingmadtodothis road.. traversed potholes.. flooding.. fallen branches.. gravel and mud... ~ I may have used the F word a few too many times but it was..
Freaking Awesome to get out on my Bike again!!
Enjoyed it so much.. I ended up having to run up to the School yard in full bike gear.. knackered.. panting and very pink I was!
And to the older lady at the Cemetery who whispered to her friend.. no love.. it was not disrespectful of me to go in said same gear.. thank you for being so opinionated for it makes us realise just exactly how lush we really are xx
Finished servicing the deauville so that's ready for another year. Couldn't manage to permantly attach the sun above it though. Just got back from blowing the cobwebs of the cbr. Feeling much happier now I've managed to get out on the bike now we've had a dry day for a change.
finally got ignition barrel done on the bandit didnt enjoy fetching it back in the snow early this morning
least its now taking its rightful place back in garage with its other friends
