I suppose we could get name cards made up and put them in those little plastic sleeves with a cord that you hang round your neck at exhibitions and the like.
The other option of course if we see someone we don't know, is we could go up to them and say "Hi, my name is ....., who are you?"

My head's sore now with organising this rally, but we do still need offers of Marshalling. Basically it's nowt difficult, just walk round with a hi-viz, chat to people and direct them to wherever they need to go and just be able to point people to the exit gate if there's a naughty fire. There's a few places left to fill so if you could pm XKLYBR and let him know you're interested.
No discounts for doing it (maybe next year), but I'm sure there'll be a drink in it for you
