Reassembled carbs now waiting for O rings before fitting and balancing...as I have never done it before should be fun

Carbs are back on and surprisingly the bike fired up straight away....... Just needs setting up properly...

now the garage is in a fit state to work in,( tidy and plenty of room ), I set to getting to grips with the brakes. 4 hours later and much cussing and swearing, and the front brakes are like a brick wall. Not got a smug grin on my face...........not much.

cleaned the workhorse bandit god was she dirty, winter usage has not been kind to her and triumph covered in blinking tar spots not good on a scorched yellow bike

Weather too crap to ride Blackbird today,bought another one on ebay (well a big enough bit to insure on classic insurance anyway),Triumph now gone via ebay

Valves adjusted, carbs stripped again, new carb boots on and new coils..... Waiting for parts now...
