Everythings's been said really. Had a great weekend with everyone. Jb your very welcome. Hardly knew you were there. Exept the comedy moments exploring the best way to get on and off a cb1300 with a top box on .
Great looking forward to seeing some piccies..I didn't have time to take any lol...Especially when we was trying to get back to the front of the 7 miles....speed???? No it was all within the national speed limits!!!!
Cg yr more than welcome for the escort home,it waz fab 2 see u all, and ye the funniest moment woz seein blues pinned 2 his tank by bj tryin to get on the bak of his bike, oh how i wish i ad a camera wiv me 2 catch the moment
Also moonstone well dun 2 u for riding wiv us all, i hope u keep that grin on ya face 4 a gud few days yet
WOW what an event I had an awesome time. I am still buzzing with me riding my bike in it and it wasn't too daunting either. Apart from managing to get lost how did I manage to lose a 7 mile long trail of bikes when i was in the middle of um! Dont ask only I could do that, Well and Cata too cos he followed me LOL.
We found you in the end though thank goodness!
I have added a few piccies but never got chance to use it much on the ride.
I dont know ow u managed 2 get lost either moon, woz it only u n cata that went the wrong way or did ya lead the rest of the riders behind u the wrong way as well
I too enjoyed Ryans Ride and was particularly impressed with Moonstone's confidence with her bike which improved throughout the weekend. This proved to be invaluable when negotiating our way back through the one-way system after being sent in the wrong direction by a 'gentleman' in bike gear apparently posing as a marshal. I should have sussed him since he wasn't wearing a marshal's vest but we weren't the only being taken in. At least Moonstone was able to get back on track. After all that, the ride back to Redditch was a doddle. Congratulations to the organisers and the real marshals for doing such a brilliant job in making the event run so smoothly.
