finally after 8 years i have started having deep tissue massage physio on me neck which is ongoing for a couple months.... me neck has been in pain for 8 years after crash..... YIPPEEEEE it seems to be working and this morning i woke up for the first time in 8 years with a neck that didnt feel like agony adn was gonna snap if i moved it!!!

didn't swim home from lower lode/barflys rally.back tyre stayed up most of the way,dried tent on washing line this afternoon,ditto leather jeans,met bm'ers at rally and had a howl as we put life to rights..............more things as booze wears off no doubt!
A good positive do it day, picked my new tent up,20mins on the treadmill, changed my bedding...mmmmm, and cut the front lawn and back lawn, going to sit outside in the neat garden to read my book for half an hour now... feeling rather proud of myself... doesnt take much does it!!
Jen, I used to have that effect on me dad, I can put anyone to sleep after just a few minutes, I wonder why?

Run out on bike last night, got up today no rain in the night dry roads. Strip the bed stick it in the washing machine and get the bike out nice weather make,s life seem much better.
