Funny u should use the term "body clock". I have been disagreeing with my brother. Who hates Motorbikes with about as much passion as I love them ! lol
he maintains it IS possible to get out of the habit. Now while I HAVE leant just how powerful the human brain IS, with my accident, I also know that I have got NO chance of re-training my body-clock. I have tried to stay up later, but I usually ed op falling asleep. Unless my mind is kept busy. But even then I will still be up by 6am.
