Here's a few little useless statistics for you...
Of subscribed users...Female: 35%Male: 65%
Of total members...
Females: 25%Males: 75%
Female members are 9.76% likely to subscribe.
Compared to only 5.91% of males.
This just shows that women are more generous then men hahaha :-)
I'm sure the ladies will tell me how they already knew this... but let's even the tables out a little bit fellas!!! :-)

Am I havin' another of me 'blonde' surges?
Don't the first 2 stats show that there are more male than female members, and that it's MEN who subscribe more than women?? which in turn makes the 3rd stat a bit confusing.
Shall I get me knitting out or just get me coat?
No no no, bloody blondes.... theres more men than women on the site, but women are more likely to subscribe.
If it was equal, then the percentages of women on the site vs men on the site would be the same as the percentages of women vs men subscribing.
DOH!
Simply put - theres more males subscribing but there are many more males on the site, so it's expected. It's a higher percentage of the female members that subscribe, than that of the male members.
God this is hard to explain! lol

You aint kidding I dint understand a bloody word of the first part
*click clack* <<<sound of knitting needles
You'd think so witchy, it don't quite work out that way tho does it? Not much use sending a wink if they're a standard member, not a lot of communication would take place, stumps me why they don't just cough up the fee and register. Seems kinda tight of em not to when it's so inexpensive.
I got winks from two FEMALES I was thiking of passing em on to my sis
Is this it????
Say there were 1000 members altogether - there would be 750 male and only 250 female. (75% male, 25% male)
Out of the above 1000, say only 600 have subscribed as full members - there would then be 390 subscribed males (65% of 600) and 210 subscribed females (35% of 600).
Therefore, although less females in total, the percentage of females who subscribe is higher.
In the above example 210 out of 250 females have subscribed which is 84% compared to only 390 out of 750 males which is only 52%.
??????????????????????????????????????????
I think i'd rather be knitting though!!!
i seem to talk to more women on here than men, maybe the men are playing on their bikes or something.
i'm not even going to try & work this % thing out, but there again i'm blonde need i say more......lol
