By resigning it means she can't be disciplined so not helpful to the family to get justice.

hmmm... cant be disciplined as in cant go to court ? well she cant carry on in a legal job when she has admitted lying and especialy when she is supposed to arrest to stop peeps for driving whilst using phones jus shows what a joke the whole "law" system is...... anarchy would work if only peeps were happy with their lot....

I had to go to the link to find out who David was and what it's all about, I'm still not sure To Mr Keir Starmer QC,We petition that the CPS re-examines the case of the death of David Bartholomew, killed in a road traffic collision on the A31 junction with Uddens Drive, near Stapehill, Dorset, 20th March 2012.We believe that the case warrants charges being laid before the court and the evidence being thoroughly tested. This e-petition has received the following response: The Attorney General's Office have provided the following response to this e-petition: The Attorney General is always ready to explain to Parliament any decision reached by the CPS. However, a debate could not affect the decisions already taken and it is not fair to individuals who have not been charged to face a debate other than through the formal trial process on whether they are guilty or not of any offence.

If anyone is unable to find it just type 'e-petitions' into any search engine and it will take you to the gov website.
