Sort the chat room out!!

Can you please sort the chat room out?
A lot of us on here use it regularly, it's the main reason we are on this site.
The chat panel is slow, jerky or often just freezes up!!
As paying customers we should receive a better quality service from the site owners.


A response from the site owner would be appreciated!!!

ooooooh... i must admit i dont have any problems with the chat room doing that... well il see if it does but so far so good as they say

sometimes i think it depends on internet provider you are using as in mozilla firefox or whatever??

dunno maybe wrong but could try?

Well I'm on Virgin cable 32 meg so I dont think its my internet connection

The chatroom doesn't kick anyone out, and any freezing it based on your computer or internet connection.


As a test, try installing another web browser temporarily. Internet Explorer / Google Chrome / Firefox etc. Monitor it for me please and see if it's resolved with the other browser.


It's a very simple chatroom that I built myself. It should never freeze

I use Plusnet ISP and have had no problems with the Bm site or any other site, I got kicked out of chat last night but found it to be a network problem rather than a site problem.

If the chatroom is flash based it maybe that you need to check for a flash player update, one was available last week, do not rely on your machine to grab updates.
I am a global admin for a gaming company, and this is a common issue, where users assume the issue lies with the site provider.
One way to get things running more smoothly with Firefox and Comodo Dragon is to "reset to default settings" those browsers, you'd be amazed how many probs that fixes.
