Just a thought, why dont you check on the Internet...use Google to search for agencies, job vacancies etc...GOOD LUCK
fbk if you have a tesco distrabution place near you they are always looking for hgv drivers especaily this time of year. Also try job centre on line. Hope this helps a little bit mate good luck

Bad news FBK! My other half had the same thing happen and he signed on with a driving agency. Pay was lower than he was used to but he was working every day from the day he signed on & ended up driving for Ikea & Argos thro' the agency, then got taken on full time. We're in leics but there were agencies in Northants and further south crying out for drivers.
The other option is to put your CV on appropriate sites on NET. He did that too, but most of the offers were too far south for him...suit you tho'.

fbk there is loadsof ageny work at the moment if u have class 1 not so easy if ur class 2 a local ageny near u should keep u busy every day atthe moment i work for one in peterborough and havent stopped since june
