That's a Honda CG125 engine, unless I'm mistaken. Pretty robust, so if it's just a case of recommissioning after a couple of years then it should be a straightforward task. On the other hand, if it went off bang and got pushed into a shed, it might be another matter :(

Next question is: how's the bike been stored? If it's under cover in a shed or a garage then that's a big plus. If it's under a bike cover then a least it's better than nothing. If it's been out in all weathers then it may have suffered cosmetically and corrosion may have crept into electrical connections. I'm assuming the battery has died by now. If the gods are with you, then a new battery and fresh petrol may get it up and running. If the brakes haven't seized, and the lights are OK, then it's MoT time and you can hit the highway!
