One that I like is called "Reel Streets" and what it does is take a shot from a film and does a then and now photo shot. Some there's no now photo and if you recognise it you can then sent the site a photo and some info.
For someone like myself who has spent over 30 years riding around London and seeing the changes that had happened with the streets and buildings in London that time and to how they looked back in the 40's, 50's etc and seeing a build that I remember that's long gone to having a pint in the Jackdaw pub in Denton, Kent where Christopher Plummer and Susannah York in the Battle of Britain.

Carlisle United F.C.....a lifelong addiction,i'm afraid..also an online Scrabble site..but it's USA based,so it gets serious verbal abuse for not being able to spell properly,or makes shit up that's NOT in the Oxford Concise English Dictionary...on the plus side,i win more than 50% of the time...:)> Oh,and I'm normally banned on Facebook, for telling the truth TOO often..😈
