Hi , hope everyone is making the most of this perfect riding weather? 😊 I have a white textile jacket and it's getting rather gruppy with a sad insect manage 🤑 I've washed it in the machine using manufacturing guide and its not much cleaner - has anyone got any clever tips or tricks they use ? Karcher....but then i'm irresponsible,sometimes.....does prove wether it's REALLY waterproof,though..all else fails,daughter's /son's toothbrush and antibax hand sanitizer...i have a very light grey textile(matches my beard,lol)
Use a soft brush to remove the insect splatter n wipe over really bad areas with some diluted detergent then stick it in the washing machine with Nikwax TX Direct.
I also use Nikwax Tech Wash to waterproof it again.
