Matt - for some reason whilst i have been in the site tonight, when i am flicking through the topics and a message arrives, it tells me i have 2 new messages, when in fact i only have 1

Maybe the sender deleted it by mistake, before you'd read it? (no prizes for guessing who's done that before) lol

matt - if you delete a message within the communicator before the person opens it , does it still send or is it deleted and not delivered

exactly the same as txting. U can delete from your sent items, but its still gone. If you delete from your inbox BEFORE reading it, it will not show as an unread message anymore either.
