Just been out in my new Aldi (crane) bike gloves. I paid £50 for some Halvarssons Newman gloves last year. Aldi 1 Halvarssons 0. There is more protection on the Aldi gloves and they generally feel more sturdy. You cant go wrong for under £15. The jackets and boots are well made too

Went to Aldi and Lidl today and bought some gear, as MG said, can't go wrong for those prices. Lidl has a larger selection of bike gear than Aldi but both have good stuff. Finally got myself a tank bag as well as a few other bits :)
