i had a lond convo with john yesterday, the vic is not actually for sale, john is thinking of retiring maybe oct this year maybe next, but he is gonna be very choosy who he lets the lease go to, as he wants nothing changing and wants the pub to be exactly what it is now, no figures have been discussed with the brewery or solicitors etc
