Hey, I have a Hornet 600. The guy who had it before me took really good care of it and although the down pipes aren't stainless after 8 years they were still very shiny. I use it to commute and while it try and clean it every week I have noticed that the are stating with lots of very small patches of rust. I was wondering if anyone knew how to clean this up and prevent it from happening in the future.

Cheers Chris

Buy stainless or treat them with a rust inhibitor of your choice and wrap them in exhaust tape.
