This petition really took off after a female learner was knocked off by a trailer that "didn't see her" and had to have her leg amputated. She's learning to use a prosthetic limb and hoping to walk in time for her wedding. i for 1ne will be signing .. for what happenned to that poor innocent girl the culprit should be hung drawn and quatered, ( orite a bit xtreme i know).
