I want a tank bag and there are certain things it must have, hope somebody may have an idea.
1. Its fitting on a 2010 speed triple, so it would be nice if it was magnetic fitting
2. I would be nice if it had a should strap when it is removed.
3. I must have a clear map pocket in the top, big enough to take an iPad.
4. Adjustable size if possible.

personaly I would take the bike to the shops and look at what thay have and how it fits and looks on the bike

I don't think you will find one with a map pocket that big, the type that just holds a map may scrape by.

Hi Paul ...

Keep an eye out in Aldi, Mr P got one from there with a map pouch that will fit an iPad in it ,its the size of the tank bag itself, and it unzips from the tank bag too, and its magnetic and doubles in size ... it was very reasonably priced & 3 years on is still going strong & waterproof

I have an Oxford one that's a few years old now that fits those criteria...

Magnetic unzippable base, expandable, backpack straps once unzipped from the base, clear map pocket on top that'll fit an iPad with ease...

Mine's an older model, but almost identical to this :

Title says strap-on, but lists a "Strong magnetic base", but it's a start. Looks almost identical to mine apart from colour.
