The clocks will go forward by one hour as British Summer Time begins. The official time changes at 1.00am, moving forward to 2.00am across the UK.
Remember to alter your mobile phones, watches etc, if you're going to an event on Sunday.
LOL I remember one year when my kids were very small & I was not working , I had a solicitors appointment, arrived for it to be told I was almost an hour late, I looked at my watch & said no I am 10 mins early !
Thats when they pointed out it was almost 3 O'clock & the clocks had gone forward 9 days BEFORE!
It's also officially SUMMER at the same time, which puzzles me as the saying is 'SPRING forward, fall back'
Spring and Summer at the same time, mm I guess it's not that unusual as we don't really get proper seasons like we used to.
"ee when I were a lass"
We were lucky last winter, we hardly had any really bad weather.
I'm putting my order in for loads of MILD/WARM weather and sunshine, I can't cope with the heat.
ive just sussed out that actually if the clocks didnt go forward we would have more daylight in the evening coz once they go forward and its 9pm... if they hadnt gone forward it would only be 8pm
god damn them man.... they have stolen an hours evening daylight from me so its lighter in the mornings when i aint even up
pmsl ... interesting thought tho... anyow want to lobby their MEP to get the laws changes pleaso!!....
