Might be an idea to have a supply of sticky labels people can write their names on. Saves having to wonder 'Is he/she one of us?' followed by 'He/she doesn't look a bit like his/her photograph' - particularly is the photograph is of a bike or figure in full-face helmet!
Maybe something like 'Tigerlily - usually known as Albert'. You get the general idea.
