Canal Pirates Weekend 2012
May 4th to May 7th (May day)
Depart Friday 3pm > Return Monday 9am from a place called Trevor, which is just near Llangollen
Cost £110 if all places filled, this includes Berths, Boats Fuel, Breakfast (full English) Tea, Coffee, Munchies etc, and covers the cost for insurance.
£25 deposit to be paid ASAP to secure a place,
pm Mr Ken (Scorpio54) for payment details.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks before we cast off.
Three boats have been provisionally booked for one week so we have time to get deposits organised, then we can confirm the flotilla.

Pirates are the order of the day for (Saturday) so dress accordingly
as gang planks are on board !!!!!!!!!!!!
Breakfast on board, pub for meals. Vehicle parking at the yard.
Showers, Heads (toilets for you landlubbers, 12v hair dryer, Phone charge point, Central heating, Cooker, Microwave, Bed linen, TV???, Radio, the boats are well kitted out, 12V ONLY so don’t bring 240v appliances.
BJ was getting sea sick just looking over the boat and we had not even moved, so this could be a fun weekend people.
As there are limited places there will be no need to have to press gang crew from the pubs, could be fun though.

That's a shame V, I am sure it will be a great 'adventure'.
I think the price is a good one for what we are getting, I thought it would be more than it is.
At first costings its working out at approx £60-£65 per person for Fri to Mon , i am hoping to bring that cost down :)

XK - am assuming that that initial pricing was just for the barge. If you look at the itinery - the new price includes food aswell! So a bargain if you ask me!
Weekend on a boat, some food, fab fun and great company = £110
Weekend in a land locked Premier Inn , no food, no boat, some fun (if you are lucky) but no lady sailors/pirates to (attempt) to perv over c£120
Go figure!!!!!
