What a weekend when I told them at work what we got up to I was told " stop being an old fool your not a 10 year old any more" he he lol :-)

i woke up this mornin
feelin rather blue
realised im not at borwick
and didn't know what to do

i climbed a 25 foot pole
bt man he frowned
tried canoeing on my own
and just went round and round

i got them borwick hall blues
cos borwick halls
the place i'd always choose

i got me a bow and arrow
hold it the right way round
chickflicks not so sure
cos she got hers upside down

roobin hood was in a good mood
poppin balloons in the sun
and every time bbbjohn took aim
roobin popped his balloon for fun

i got them borwick hall blues

alice tipped over the canoe
yamaha john ended up in the drink
does anyone know who the f**k alice is
cos her canoe is startin to sink

@kwak i think it as taken a lot of practice to get that way for sure

@ Yorky im sure we will do it again Even if it was just as a base camp for ride outs, 40 dabs for the weekend with bbq,s at night and a sing song around the bombfire good times

@mizzi your so right about withdrawals i feel like everybody made some new friends this weekend and that is priceless

Hey, guys having Borwick as a base for rides out is a fabby idea. The Bentham weekend came about cos a few folks said last year about a camp in the Lakes.....then the punchbowl presented itself. But as you lot now know Borwick is a brilliant base for riding out into the Lakes. I've been on the lookout for somewhere but of course Borwick really makes sense. Nice one...just make sure there's a pilly for me next time!

If you're having BBQ withdrawals then there is a fantastic option which I'm sure will be taken up by the others who were there.

"THE YORKY'S PLACE WEEKEND" BBQ and an entertaining drunk are just a couple of the attractions.
