Your bike looks great Pete i can't wait to see and hear her. Akro pipes very nice indeed. I recognise the cafe in the pic. Been there myself a few times. Deacons Cafe if i am not mistaken

I dont mind being (Tail end Deb) of the convoy.. I will have a yellow vest on & also have my sat nav so we dont get lost..

Pete, Has your mum given you permission to go on this trip with stabilisers off?

We will need a note from her to say you have passed you cycle proficiency test

Chris can then decide whether we throw you in the deep end and ride without them on

Just so you all know I'm planing on sorting a meeting at the petrol station Jubilee Way on the A2 junction prior to ferry so we can all turn up together. This is the first roundabout as you head up A2 from dover

2 mins from ferry port

If your thinking of coming please get it sorted soon as i don't want to keep changing the bookings in Germany as this is off my own back

Just posting a note to say a big hello to everyone on the German Fling trip. Looking forward to meeting you all and lots of laughs along the way no doubt.

Well done to Madscots for personal time and effort in organising this.

Ive secured a 4 bed room at the Biker's Loft. If anyone had trouble getting accommodation there because its popular and does fill up quickly. Then get in touch i may be willing to share the room and costs of. But one condition, no snoring which is non-negotiable.

Yep I think so it has a brewers fayre or something next to it. So thought meeting there for 8am and head down to ferry port at 8:25

Idea is that we all can meet and top tanks up so we roll off ferry together ready to go.

I want to get off ferry and put around 100 miles towards Germany while everyone is well rested and fresh

Please note ferry book in is 45 mins prior to sailing

Sat 28th I’ll be leaving Edinburgh at 9am heading down full length of A68 stopping at Scotch corner for 12pm then carrying on down A1 to Travelodge Medway M2 Hotel
