Been ooot an aboot on me bike stopped off for a cuppa and a chat with a few other bikey type folkeeeees and just managed to get home before it got dark - dark visor syndrome had to ride home with it up!!! lush
Managed a run down the ayrshire coast stopping here and there for a smoke.. It was dark before getting back but rain stayed off and it was a lot warmer than it has been lately
Another day another toy run, this time with the Newton Aycliffe motorcycle club, any excuse to get out there on the bike with a bunch of fellow nutters at this time of year!
Went out for a run around East Sussex and into Kent, ended up at Dungeness Lighthouse, bloody hell that was surely blowing across there the terrain is a bit flat.
Came home via Rye where i felt compelled to sample the delights of the Cafe on the Quay, a flamin great mug of tea and a bacon and sausage wad MMMMMMmmmmmm .
Came out the cafe to be confronted by persistant rain and a gale blowing, got a bit moist during the last 17 miles home, but hey an enjoyable ride out on the bike none the less.
BTW they've put Spike Milligans Headstone back in Winchelsea church, took me camera, pics on me profile if anyone interested .
Been ooooot on me bike....... me and me bike..... me bike and me
and mates and bike chat - even got home and got to take the dawg out tooo
how can anyone live without a bike.......... wow its like a magic elixir
Got out for a few hours yesterday but got caught in two or three almighty downpours - rain, sleet, hailstones and galeforce winds
worst bit was trying to get gloves back on after stopping for a smoke -almost impossible. Apart from that it was good to get out and makes you appreciate the good weather when it eventually comes along
sun sun sun what a great day went out to driotwich got there and then remembered left keys amd lockup open lol say back to get em all ok phew then out to evesham not bad ay hehehe
out this morning towards east yorkshire bimbling about. got followed by a pursuit car for about 6 miles. bang on speed limit everywhere. once he turned off i unleashed the beast wooohooo.. then into squires for cuppa. 5 bikes in. 10 miles from home the rain came down, rather moist leathers now!
For some there is therapy, for us there are motorcycles.... Had my first proper run on the Bonny today... and loooovvveeeeddd it! Couple of hours out to blow the cobwebs away.... nice!
Nothing yet
But as soon as it's light I'll be out there fixing the C1
It's been dry all night and the forecast is for dry all day
With any luck and no more "complications"
I'll be riding it later on and then posting in here again with a silly grin
