Just out of interest, is all of the camping pre-booked/full or is there still a possibility of turning up on spec and getting a pitch?

Are these ropes for tying up (girl) guides? ps Sara - I think u mean 'guy' ropes (and not for tying up guys, either!)

No probs Shell, we would catch the Claonaig ferry anyway as it is a nicer ride from here. Everything up in the air at the mo as we are moving next week and Magda is starting a new job at the same time (as a tour guide in a castle!) so we don't know if she will have any time off over Easter yet. The only problem is, we might bump into EmDee at the Green Welly and it could all get very confusing.... TeeCee, EmDee... EmDee, TeeCee.....

TeeCee @ 17/03/2012 21:40

Will only get confusing after we have had a wee sip or two of the Holden stuff :-)

Posted for BOBKAT

Sorry for the detail folks, finally I have details following a chat this morning with the owner of site Morris, who seems a lovely laddie . I have posted the event now for the dates : Friday 6/4/2012 until Monday 9/4/2012 at Seal Shore Camping site which is situated on it's own private beach, Morris has given a special price of £7.00 per head, per night, no matter what the size of tent. From the private beach you can see seals and porpoise play . Won't repeat all the details again as it's on the event page, however, must point out the when I put the approximate cost of the return crossing I oooops'd . This years prices are £31.00 per Bike PLUS £10.10 per person - this price will increase slightly I'm told by the ferry folk, my apologises for that - hope it won't put you off. If 12 persons book under the same club name on one crossing there will be a small discount, this will be confirmed when the prices for 2012 are available in December. The site sound excellent, however I will go over soon and check it out my self - any excuse for an away day mwaaaah . I said to him we would finalise number etc in January 2012, however, it can be booked before if you are to giddyly excited to wait - like me .
