I've unlocked this thread; not sure why it was locked in the first place. If any mod's have a reason for the lock please feel free to lock again and let me know.
Mel, you can ride with us but we'll be at a sedate speed so if you want to win races then we're not for you.
Yeah might have to make this one, its only 20 mins. from me. Is it compulsory to bring a pilly? I`ll be honest and say I`m not sure I trust myself enough yet to take someone on back.
1st July (Sunday)
Once again we are trying to encourage as many members to join us, bringing along a pilly (pillion) if possible. These events gives those folks who aren't lucky enough to own a bike, or who have never pillioned before, a chance to enjoy a ride out and meet up with other members.Starting places:

It's MONTHS until this event takes place, it will keep getting buried because there are other events that are taking place earlier.
To keep bumping/refreshing events that are months away just buries events that are taking place sooner.
To whoever can do it, please change start time from Lymm Services to 10am, think need a tad bit more time than previously thought, thanks

I know its early yet, but i like to know what I'm doing well in advance, so putting my idea of the route i was thinking of taking from Lymm to Ollerton!!!!!
Anyone with any better ideas for route please feel free to comment, as this is only a suggested one, but remember to take into account no motorways in case there are learner riders with us!!!
Proposed route from Lymm Services :- A50 to Knutsford where join A537 via Cat and Fiddle for a coffee stop Then continue onto Buxton where join A6 to Bakewell where we catch the A619 to Chesterfield then A632 to Cuckney then A616 to Ollerton
Like i've said anyone knows a better route, or reason not to go on a certain road, please let me know ok!!!!
P.S. No worries about adding more break stops if anyone wants, just playing with ideas!!!!
To whoever can do it, please change start time from Lymm Services to 10am
That will be me.
Sorted!

Wenders, just read your post on the route through to Ollerton
If you come on the A632 you`ll come through Bolsover. When you can see the castle in the distance, keep to the speed limit (30mph) from Castle Arms pub all the way up the hill into Bolsover town centre. Theres very often plod with his camera there. Hope this is of use
