will pass some to my Dad wh decided he was well enough to paint the kitchen ceiling ( at the age of 90 )and fell off the ladders

But not wholly selfish so sending some back to all

Thank you Jen , bruised ribs, bashed elbow and bang on the head, aches and pains now.
After three years fighting cancer he decided hes well enough now to do some DIY

although he seems more worried about me than himself, bless
