Is there any chance of swapping shifts?
Ace Café and Museum can be done another time so dnt worry, it was just thrown in the hat so to speak... we assuming a meeting around 10-30am and allowed an hour travel from Maidstone to get wherever that is...after we drop the children off..

It looks like it is going to be the 18th August.
A 10-30 start is more realistic to allow for people gettin got start point.
Start point will probably be the Minories car park opposite The Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
I will submit this to events today ready for Sandi to sort it.
I am probably going to ride the route this weekend and get a feel for stop off's, time scale and parking etc.
Unfortunately sunshineis the only thing we can't arrange.
I have asked Simon form Ipswich (simples) to come. He may be up for it and that will solve the problem with Elaine.
