MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Sponge !!! just spotted this thread and the first thought that came into my head was - anyone remember making upside down, pineapple and cherry sponge - ohhhhhh bliss ! tasted absolutely gorgeous ! favourite sponge tho is jam rolly polly with tonnes of steaming home made custard, wheres me flour and jam ?!?
