That annoys my dad about people saying about age. My dad is 75, races with the CRMC, has been racing for over 50 years now. He is kicking the younger riders butts totally and is leading the championship by loads........so maybe people should actually think before opening their mouth. You are as young as you feel :) just enjoy what we all love, we all know when its time for us to stop, everyone is different :)
Had a boatload of this kind of statement from people back in Feb, when my 600 made it's debut. Personally I know it's a sodding risk, but If I buy the farm on a corner somewhere, it'll be better than going at 75, sat on a commode, dribbling down my shirt and wondering why the kids don't come see me.
I've been lucky .only ever stared HIM in the eyesockets once ,during an accident that put me in hospital for 7 months...but used to keep my Physio appointments on 2 wheels.. So I say stick your scythe where it will cause you most pain.. you got a looooong wait for me...
