When you say it's a free weekend HR, do you mean they're waiving the camping charge?

"I've already secured camping for up to 100 at the Snooty Fox Public House mid August anyone interested???? 15-17th August It will be free (yes free)" all I need are resonable numbers so the land lord will sell enough booze and food over the weekend to make it worth his while, i'm inviting a few peeps from local bake clubs too so hopefully it'll be well attended (he did say if there were more than 25 drinkers it would not be a prob)........Hence free... Realy hope you can make is too Scary drag somone up north with you lol
