Good point Raymobile and CW1066. Jay-Cee's cafe is next door but one to the (ex)Post Office and we're usually outside. Best bet is to get a mobile number off someone you know is going, if you don't already know someone face to face.

Not sure if folk are meeting up today as well but the event is on the calendar for NEXT WEEK, the 19th, not today.
CW there is a great little campsite just behind a pub not far from the meet up place in Matlock, me and several others have stopped there more than once if you want the details just drop me a pm and I will look them up for you. It was £3.50 per night last year, the beer and food in the pub is good, also they have entertainment in the form of a singer on the Saturday night.
I might camp over if the weather is warmer than last week end when I had frost on the inside of my tent when I woke up.

Thanks again CG, just made provisional booking for camping on saturday, waiting for them to call back tomorrow to confirm, if all goes ahead I will be checking out the lovely matlock sat afternoon, a little bit of retail therapy I think may be required!!!! cheers...craig

I went to Matlock Bath last Sunday and noticed fishpond Pub closed I asked a couple of peeps where the Post office was but no luck, so, Directions on foot from Fishpond please anyone?
