Problem's back it had same proble the following day. I left it and tried starting it at night in the garage and it kept dieing when I was slowly giving it like a tiny bit of revs then it wouldn't start at all in morning and the spark plug was flooded AGAIN.

Paul,
It sounds like the float is sticking. Try this to see if it's the problem. Get up in the morning and take the plug out before you do anything else. If it's wet then tap the bottom of the carb with the shaft of a hammer or a big screwdriver handle but don't welly it as it's cast alloy and can crack. Replace the plug, open full throttle, choke off and kick it over till it starts. If it works it's the float but it may need to be taken out and cleaned if the bike floods again later. Let me know and i'll explain how to do that.

The bike is soposedly to have racing jets which came with de-restriction kit so the guy says which aren't set right because the low end is wierd and stutters hell of a lot.

Also it's got a custom racing frontpipe and dep silencer which aren't actually for the bike but it's been bodged on it.

Getting a dirt bike expert to check it to his best for free tomorrow or whenever he is free and will let you know what he says. Good job I currently got 2 bikes :) as the bike wouldnt start in friends garage.

He's was like a demon on speed, he ripped my carb to pieces and cleaned all the jets and said the pilot jet was completely clocked up with shit and the jets needed cleaning badly which could of caused the stuttering. He said it's been flooded that much without the bike starting it's flooded the crank lever something like that can't remember so he cleaned it out and has taken the spark plug out and will see tomorrow if it starts proper he think's it will most probally been the jets needed cleaning out.

He didn't charge me :) might just buy him bottle of Jack Daniels to say thanks :-]

It's working again now.. had to get another sparkplug lol

Idle screw was really out and has been adjusted properly.
Whole carb has been cleaned out and the jets.
Throttle adjusted a little bit to give it more bite
Tyre was like 14 pressure when it should of been 21 so that caused me to slide a bit lol.

Ermm and just going to top it up with some 2 stroke oil tomorrow and off I go hopefully, we'll see if it works tomorrow.

21 is what it should be. It's supermoto type bike so it's REALLY lightweight

I was driving and came to a stop and revved the bike and let go of the throttle and it was sticking in mid revs and then would go back to normal in its own time but my throttle wasn't sticking.

I then was driving in 3rd/4th and came down into 2nd and was rolling to a stop whilst clutch was held in without any revs and it just died on me and flooded itself and would not start up. I came back to it in the morning and it started perfectly fine the first time and drove it for 10mins up and down a lane in 2nd/3rd gear and it didn't stall once?

Any solutions?

how long did it stick in mid-revs for paul? When u put the throttle back, it should go back to idea almost straight away. If ur floats are sticking, u shouldn't be revving it when ur stationary (cos u dont have that forward momentum to put it back into gear and move the fuel through).

hey paul, is it worth putting a post on here asking when we could all meet at squires, dont know whw far you are from there but if the bike is running i am sure buddy there will be enough of us to come prepared to sort it for you, just a thought , as i dont know how far it is for you.

Where's squire?

Also I might buy the standard jets and maybe attempt to get hold of standard exhaust system to return it to its original state.

sometimes paul these things are best left alone standard......just for the sake of a few extra bhp.......i dont know too much about two strokes, never been a fan of them....i take it it is a two stroke, but round these parts we have a carburetta centre that you can take ya carb in, they will service it etc...but i think taking it back to its original state is a cracking idea.
