I too was saddened by the news. Patrick's background in dancing lent itself well to action roles like Roadhouse which I agree was one of his best and Steel Dawn a lesser known sci fi film. The world is the poorer without him.
That's one I wouldn't mind seeing again - it's a bit Mad Max-ish.
Unfortunately though, I suspect the tv channels will be falling over themselves to carpet their coverage in wall to wall dirty dancing & ghost. Roadhouse will get a look in, at least
