i am at the moment testing a 3 pack of plain hobnobs, rich tea and plain digestives. I will up date as to my findings as and when i feel i've sampled enough to form a theory.
Squashy will we get the results in a chart or graph?
proper shortbread is best for dunkin as its sturdy and takes a lot of ur brew before it falls into it !!!
I used to work with someone who dunked a BLT Sarnie in a mug of tea. Her parents were academics and she was very left wing. Maybe that is wot posh people do?

I've done me testin. I've decided that hobnobs just don't dunk properly and ends up a bit like muslie. rich tea get really soggy on the outside before the middle is soaked. The digestive for me is the perfect dunking biscuit.
sorry, no graphs.
