matt you "loose" karma for bad spelling, wouldn't you prefer to "lose" it???.. Let's increase our "karma" with correct spelling. What say everyone????? chuckle
To penalise bad spellers would make them feel bad. We're not at school now, if I can't read what someone types I ask them what it's meant to say. Most of the time it's readable. Besides, I often don't make sense but my spelling aintt oo bad lol
I would suggest that the apparent intricacies of further developing the code within this engaging and communal website could cause severe complications. As such perhaps it would be prudent to allow the code remain as it is with no unnecessary alterations especially regarding the subject matter of appropriate and/or correct spelling.
Of course should the subject matter be raised again and should the decision be made to add spelling to the list of those items that improve and/or reduce the individual's karma, I would not feel obliged to discourage it!!
