Awwww taking over from Minnie stamp stamp stamp. Can't we do lights Sat, lakes Sun, cos we'll want to do lights in the dark but can leave the lakes while it's early enough to get home in the light
Hang on, there's a flaw in this plan, have just checked the Low Bentham dates and the lights aren't on then. They start August bank holiday weekend. So I'm guessing you just mean a ride out to cafe - I am tired
Ooh you are so efficient BB.... (ooh my legs are smarting)
Wayay...2 rides out from Bentham...mountains and the seaside :-)
Yup, up for March meet in Blackpool...right, better get practicing on my bike and getting my my miles up
No Bill, I'm getting better at it with age too.
The camping weekend is same as one of my rally weekends so can't make that one unfortunately, cos 'I do like to be beside the seaside'.
But drive through the lights on the bike would be great.
Blackpool is a great place to be if your having a fun weekend with your friends etc.
I have been many times, and stayed in all kinds of hotels from 5 star to the basic B&B and never had a problem with any of them,
I usually book through late rooms .com,which are the cheapest and worth a visit, you can pay anything from 100 per night to 20 per night, with Breakfast,
when you visit Blackpool the New England Bar on North Pier is a must on sat/sunday afternoon, fantastic fun,but not for the easily offended! the beauty of Blackpool is,there is entertainent throughout the day.
i did that first before asking - it only says
WIMBOURNE, CROPPER ROAD, BLACKPOOL, LANCASHIRE.
i was just wondering if anyone could have explained where it was - so i wouldnt need to keep stoping and asking people when i got to blackpool - as i dont have a sat nav
Ian I've been asked by a couple of folk to arrange a meet at the Blackpool Coastal Riders cafe so I've gone for the 20 March. Didn't realise it clashed with the Mablethorpe weekend, but still going for this date.
