Our Dog is called "Raff", which is short for Rafferty, (it was'nt my idea..Ok?). When he is out for a walk or, in the garden and any of us shout "Raff", he usually comes bounding up to you, all giddy and enthusiastic. He has a character or personality, if you like.
Srrangely, when I look out into the garden, where my bike is, and shout "CBF" "CBF".....it jut stays there....nothing...believe me, I just tried it!.
Which brings me to my point, anyone who gives a bike a pathetic, silly, stupid name is, BARKING. THEY ARE BLOODY MACHINES !!
OH and please tell me, what exactly is feminine about a motorcycle.
Rant over, off for a kip before my nightshift. Have a good evening all xx

Cornelia Pheonix The 1st
Poppy for short
Cornelia after a sexy assed vampire hottie..
Pheonix because she is the result of a disastrous 16 year marriage
The 1st because she will go on to bigger and better things and become the 2nd.. the 3rd and hopefully when I win the lottery.. the 4th!
and Poppy for short because at one of the most trying times in my life.. everywhere I went when I thought all was lost I would see a single poppy growing in the most ridiculous of places and in some cultures and beliefs they symbolise renewal and rebirth.. sooooooooo.. there you go!
My old BMW was called the Bismarck, because it was German and built like a battleship. Weighed almost as much, too. The I got a lighter and slightly more nimble BMW which became the Prinz Eugen - the Bismarck's lighter escort in the Atlantic. Now I've got a green Honda VFR750. So far it's just the Green Monster, but that might change. My dad was a great self-taught man. He called all his bikes Nemesis after the Greek god of fate. The idea was that Nemesis eventually overtook everyone!
I don't own a bike anymore but the last time this topic was posted I owned 2 bikes, a Honda CM I called Taffy, cos I bought him in Wales, and a Kawasaki Eliminator I called PJ, cos those were 2 of the letters in the licence plate.
