Hi folks.sorry no one got back to you but we were at a friendlies meeting.Tickets are being collected this weekend so you should all recieve them next week.Could i please give a timely reminder to all who have their names down but have not yet bought a ticket that we really need you to pay as soon as.We have a lot of expenses to be met and have reached the stage of having to pay for things out of our own pockets.
The friendly bikers are pleased to announce the marquee entertainment line up.
Friday night we have an open mike/jam night.We have a variety of musicians joining us but welcome any talented people out there who would like to contribute to a relaxed,informal musical evening.All genres welcome.We will also have a couple of readings from punk poet,'rantin ritchie' fresh from a successful tour of national festivals.Not for the easily shocked or offended!!.
Saturday night will kick off with a performance from Blood Sugar.
This young north east band are rapidly rising through the ranks of pub/club bands and already have an impressive following,due to their dynamic presentation of original indie based music.Their lively,energetic performance remanicent of a young Red Hot Chilli Peppers.Following a break for the prize giving and raffle,we will be entertained by Slickshift.Some of you may have already seen this Classic rock cover band as they have played rallies and biker related fundraisers,where they have proved very popular with their rendition of many favorites,old and new.This band are guaranteed to get your blood pumping and head banging.To end the evenings entertainment we again have 'rantin ritchie' this time in his guise of nationally renowned D.J.His high energy mix of rock and dance music is enjoyed the length and breadth of britain and will keep you dancin till dawn.
The bar and catering will be open until the last person drops and along with the fun and games,ride out and competitions will gurantee a weekend never to be forgotten.
We look forward to giving you a warm 'friendlies' welcome and making the 'Ure Welcome' rally an annual date in your diary.

Ian I do but was gonna bring it in me car to the camping weekend if you were going, it's too big to put on my bike with the rest of me gear if you're thinking about the Ure Rally
Sorry RK,but you canny phone and book.Two ways to pay,if you read back through the thread you will get all the details you need.You can pay on the gate but it will cost you more,you don't get a free badge and you run the risk of there being no tickets left.Please remember this is a small rally with limited numbers so would suggest pre booking to avoid disapointment.
i know perfectly what i am on about, thats why i am posting on this thread, but i will read back to verify details, will be good to meet all the faces on the site

Sorry Ian I was talking about the camping weekend. Lets start again and I'll say no more on this post Blue. I have got a tent for you but it's too big to go on my bike. I won't be able to get it to the 'Ure' rally cos im going on my bike. If you need it for the Ure let me know n we can meet up half way or summat beforehand
