Jobsworth local council!
I phoned the EMERGENCY repair number on Saturday morning because my boiler has stopped working, I was told someone would phone me the NEXT DAY to arrange an appointment for MONDAY
This morning I phoned again, cos I didn't get a phone call yesterday, and was told I would be phoned tomorrow. I was also told 'you've got water you can boil the kettle'
What, for a full body wash? lol yea right. not to mention the cost of boiling the kettle a thousand times.

3 days without hot water, I'd hate to think how long I'd have to wait if I didn't call the emergency number.

Being an arachnophobe it really is unnerving to be browsing the profiles and see a great big hairy thing (no I don't mean you Jinx lol)
Before anyone says that there are tons of phobias and we can't keep all pics, relating to those phobias, off the site well I know that but arachnophobia has got to be the most common phobia there is. Spare a thought for us arachnophobes eh?
