The wild beastie on and around the Island is extensive, that was why I put the details up about the rib sea trips. Shell from a photographers perspective you will see so much.
Nutkin - red squirrels are getting rarer now due to the bully boy grey squirrels. It would great if see some reds on the Island

Arran is a stronghold of the red squirrel and we are fortunate not to have any greys. Like much of the wildlife, seeing one is often a matter of luck. Early in the day is the best time to see them
was a dark grey, at least thats it appeared be, it was early morning and a good way off. one of the other campers spotted it, do have a picture somewhere but its not very good! anyone know if the campsite is fully booked?
We only booked a couple of weeks ago, give them a ring, the guy was really nice with us when we booked, then just add your name to the list & if poss which crossing you will be on so others can keep an eye out for you
