well i wont be bringing a pilly as theres no one near me needing a lift but anyone who does let me know more than happy to pick you up on way and dont mind a detour long as its not a million miles in opposite direction lol.

I'll be riding up from Sandy in Bedfordshire, mostly up the A1, I can't see anyone on the list who I can give a lift to - but I have an empty seat and I don't mind diverting somewhat if someone needs a lift ?

Gingerjen it depends on how much you are taking. I've got three 40 ltr panniers I can clip on in about 30 secs : ). Put it this way, when the car was off the road I could get a weeks shopping for 4 comfortably on the bike.
