Karey, it's 30 miles difference in the direct journeys. As Barnsley to Brum is about 100 miles it would actually add 70 miles to your journey, and about 2 hours more travel time.
Of course we'd love you to visit us in Brum, but it certainly wouldn't break up the journey to Barmouth.
