Could I please remind everyone who pays for their xmas tickets to mark the Paypal payment as a gift? I am having to pay fees on the payments otherwise which means we'll be out of pocket.
Also a reminder that if you are on the events page and haven't paid me or Jackie personally or by Paypal for tickets then THERE WILL NOT BE A TICKET RESERVED FOR YOU. Sorry to nag, but we need money and names for definite people as you cannot pay on the door.

If you're down on the events page as attending, but cannot now make it, please could you remove yourself so that you don't get a reminder from me to buy a ticket? I'll be going through the list today/tomorrow just to make sure no-one is disappointed because they've forgot to actually order a ticket lol
Hopefully now everyone down on events page should have received a PM from me about how to pay for their tickets. If you've got a chasing PM and have already paid, please feel free to PM me and call me an idiot!
I won't be sending out any more chasers so if you want a ticket you need to respond. Local B&B is www.kensingtonhotel.co.uk as stated previously on thread and they are doing a reduced rate for us which I understand gets better the more that book. Arrangements for B&B are to be made with them direct though, not through me or BJ.

Food will be available behind the bar for a modest fee, sarnies and jacket potatoes with a couple of filling choices including a veggie option. As well as the usual pork scratchings (yummy in my tummy) and crisps and stuff
