Rode to work at 03,30 nice and dry left the terminal at 04,20 in heavy rain best keep the heater turned up

It was lovely here at 6.30am but the clouds have covered a beautiful sunrise and the rain has started. Oh the joy!

Its fabulous now, finished work got home in under 15 mins (which is ace!) sat having a cuppa in the sunshine...this is the life!

I'll be dropping the hood when I drive home today.
Only wish I could have persuaded my other half on to the bike so we could go a ride after work - but I left him happily chopping down a tree, so there's be more bonfire fuel to enjoy later; another result .

Well, after being for a long ride today the difference in temperatures is marked!...leaving a sunny Cleethorpes this morning temperature over 14 deg...finding myself looking in disbelief at my bike temp gauge York way on with temp showing 9 degrees!! Brrrrrr (heated grips on...lol)....then back to Cleethorpes this afternoon to find its 16 degrees!! ...such a big contrast!
Lovely feeling riding along and ya suddenly feel the ambient temperature getting warmer...now where's me ice cream! ;-)

Ooohh GPSB! I thought it was my early onset of dementia for the loss of the ice cream!! Quick as a flash? Nooooooo it shall from now be known as "quick as stuie n Linzi" as I didn't see it leave my hand as you (must have) rode past! ....hmmm...although that could be used in other connotations!! Ahem... ;-D
