I trashed a brand new FJR a few years back on the ring and cost me a few hundred euros. They have set charges for damage and time that is caused by your accident. It is why I said right at start you go on the ring off your own back
And for the record I have a speeding ticket from being on the ring which is why I'm Madscots
Just re-posting this from Madscots (posted earlier for info)
1) Noise restrictions? (My bike is not quiet, but is MOT legal) None as long as it's not stupid but Nurburgring check if needed and you would be barred from going on. If it's MOT you'll be fine I have done 6 tours with Blue flame tri ovals with plugs removed 2) Do we have to wear Hi Vis while in France? No3) Anything else that we need to be aware of? Best way is to meet you at South Mimms Pete if that's ok or I could text you when leaving Ponterfract so u know we're heading down.
I tend to leave bike on side stand and in gear with out any issues. It has held on every occasion including a severe storm that took us 3.5 to cross as it was that bad. How ever that shouldn't stop anyone taking up the offer as each bike is different
That's my bike back from Yamaha with new tyres and service so all ready to hit the road
