Finally managing to sub stain my weight after dropping from 10 stone 13lb,down to 7 stone with stress health etc. To a healthy 10 stone woo hoo but didn't realise it till saw myself in a full size mirror today at ikea brought tears to my eyes as been trying for ages to put it on :)
