Down at the skate park with my lad, showing these teenagers how to shred a park to bits, sun is shining and we're off for a beer (well I am) in the beer Garden.... Today... Is a good day.

thank you, had some chest pains, then passed out at home, my son called an ambulance, its been diagnosed as angina, down to the sheer stress of everyting thats currently going on, got to have a couple more tests as an outpatient
Really feel ive spent enough time in hospitals now....x
That must have been so scary Ali, but am so glad it wasn't anything else! Saying take it easy is one of the easiest things to say, and hardest to do, especially with your daughters wedding coming up. But I really hope you manage to give yourself some 'me' time between now and then.

I spoke to my nephew today having not spoke to him for 9 years after my sister-in-law decided she didn't want anything to do with my family.
Hopefully i'll be seeing him this Monday with his baby boy.
